Staying at this hotel was like stepping back in time to an aristocratic home, with comfortable rooms perfect for an overnight stay. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to cater to our needs, from recommending nearby restaurants to accommodating special dietary requirements. The location was superb, allowing easy access to the city center and a variety of dining options. The dining experience was pleasant, offering a good selection of breakfast items. Overall, a charming hotel with great service, but room size may be a concern for longer stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and in good working order, making for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and friendly staff, especially Paulo. The location was excellent, close to the metro and buses, and perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of hot and cold foods served in a lovely sunny room. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic amenities.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were very spacious and clean, though not cleaned thoroughly at times, still comfortable. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, very nice, and extremely helpful. The location was superb, allowing us to walk to the lively Barrio Alto. The dining experience offered a good variety of options but nothing too memorable. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
